CANADIAN ROCKIES ESCAPES

1. Cancellations by the Customer

• Cancellation with at least 48 hours' notice: If you cancel your tour 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled tour date, you will receive a credit note for the full value of your booking. This credit note can be applied toward a future tour with Canadian Rockies Escapes and is valid for one year from the date of issuance.

• Cancellation within 48 hours of the tour date: No refunds or credit notes will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour date.

2. Cancellations or Changes by Canadian Rockies Escapes

We strive to deliver the best experience possible, but occasionally circumstances outside of our control may require us to cancel or adjust our tours.

• Reasons for cancellation or changes:

  • Extreme cold or other unsafe weather conditions.

  • Failure to meet the minimum enrolment threshold of 2 participants for our drop-in tours.

• What happens if we cancel:

  • If we must cancel your tour for any of the above reasons, you will be offered the option to reschedule to a later date or receive a full refund. If a change to the itinerary is required, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative options.

3. Refunds and Credit Notes

• Refunds are only provided when the tour is cancelled by Canadian Rockies Escapes due to circumstances such as extreme cold or insufficient enrolment.

• Credit notes issued for cancellations with at least 48 hours' notice are non-transferable and must be redeemed within one year.

4. Responsibility and Liability

• Canadian Rockies Escapes is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, road closures, or natural disasters).

• Participants are responsible for arriving on time at the designated meeting point. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed tours due to late arrival.

5. Safety and Participant Conduct

• All participants must follow the instructions provided by our guides to ensure their safety and the safety of the group.

• Canadian Rockies Escapes reserves the right to refuse service to individuals whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund or compensation.

6. Booking Confirmation

• Your booking is confirmed once full payment is received.

• By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
